I went into the hospital on Wednesday the 6th at 11pm after counting my contractions all day, walking around the block, and then finally getting down to every 5 minutes. When I checked in I was only dilated to a 2 and it took me 4 hours to get to 4cm and finally able to get the epidural. Before the epidural, I swore I was never going to do this again, but at 1:50pm when Benjamin was born and I saw his face, all that pain was worth it. Diego cut his umbilical cord and our son was finally here: July 7th, 2011 at 7lbs 7oz and 20 inches long. Welcome to the world Benjamin Mack Piccione!!
Fuimos al hospital el miércoles 6 a las 11 pm después de contar mis contracciones durante todo el día, caminando alrededor de la cuadra y finalmente tuve contracciones cada 5 minutos. Cuando me registré, me había dilatado sólo a un 2 y me tomó 4 horas para llegar a 4 cm y finalmente capaz de conseguir la peridural. Antes de la peridural, juré que nunca iba a hacer esto otra vez, pero a las 1:50 pm, cuando Benjamín nació y vi su cara, todo el dolor valió la pena. Diego cortó el cordon umbilical y nuestro hijo estaba finalmente aquí: 7 de julio de 2011 peso 3.375 Kilos y 50,8 cm. Bienvenido al mundo Benjamin Mack Piccione!!
