The Picciones: Lovin' like Crazy!

So have I ever mentioned that Argentina has about 2 holidays a month? Seriously. They make up holidays just to have days off. What lazy farts, huh? Its nice, don't get me wrong. Diego gets paid the same no matter how many holidays a month there are, but the bad part is that if I don't work, I don't get paid. Although any extra time with Benjamin, is time well spent. The other day I just sat and watched him wake up, eat, play and fall asleep. I sat and watched his every move. The best part was watching him fall asleep. He loves to fall asleep face to face. Our noses touch and he just looks at me. The best feeling in the world. Usually during the day I get frustrated every time he doesn't fall asleep right away or doesn't play on his own. But the other day I don't know what got over me, I just decided to enjoy him a little more. I need to do this more often. Sometimes as a mother, its hard to sit and enjoy because you feel like you are too busy. Realization: I am never too busy to enjoy my son.
Well our first Easter is coming up and I wish Benji was old enough to hunt eggs. It's not a tradition here and I like to pass on things from the States, but maybe next year. As for this year, it will just be a button down shirt and church for us. I do wish I was with my nieces though. Last year, I hid eggs from Jayce. We painted eggs and ate candy. Oh how I miss my little princesses. I saw a picture of Payton last year from Easter and she was bald like Benji. It's sad because I don't even remember her being like that. I keep waiting for Benji to grow up a little more so that I can sleep and play with him, but I think I am going to miss this time in his life when he sleeps on my chest, and is entertained for one hour with a lid of a jelly jar. I guess when I miss that stage, I can have another baby, no?
So Benji got his two bottom teeth. His left side is still coming in and he still screams about it but his right side is in and growing more and more everyday. I took photos all day yesterday in order to get a good one of his teeth. 100 photos later, I finally got one! The next thing we are waiting for is him to start walking. He already is starting to guide himself chair to chair so it shouldn't be too long. Diego and I have a bet going. We each guessed the date he would walk and the closest one wins a half hour message. I am so going to win!
