Another week gone. Everyone said that it would get easier as Benji got older. Did they lie to me to make me feel better at the moment or is my kid just a tyrant? He is non stop! All over the place and into everything. When you pick him up he whines and throws himself to the ground while saying, ugggghhhh ugggghhhh. If that means put me back on the ground you idiot, we definitely understand. He doesn't like to be in one place or tied down, which means no carseat, no highchair, and no playpen. A tyrant I tell you. I have one crazy kid on my hands. I asked my parents if I was anything like that. They said I was an active baby but that I would fall asleep wherever and whenever, so if I was tired while I was crawling under the table, that's where my nap was. I wish Benji was like that. He's not a very good sleeper. Still not sleeping through the night. Although like an alarm clock, every night at 3 and 6 he wakes up. Luckily, I can breastfeed him and he goes right back to sleep. Yes, Im still breastfeeding, but only those two times. I'm ready to stop as soon as Benji starts sleeping better. His teeth aren't too bad yet, but at any moment I'm ready to stop and sleep through the night. Please God, let that come sooner than than later.
Well, Benji got two presents this week from his Baptism. A nice button down shirt that he looks so handsome in, and a little bear with his eyes closed, on his knees and saying a pray. The praying bear is so cute! I wish I could find something like that in English for my new nephews/nieces that are on the way. If you noticed, those are plural. My sister is having twins. I am so excited because for one, it isn't me having two babies at once, yet I get them when I want! Cant Wait!!!
Well, same ol' same ol' with Diego and I. I am working still two days a week, which is perfect, and back in my groove of going to the gym five days a week. I'm still on the search of a good church and some good friends. Diego still plays soccer a couple times a week and already has Benji chanting for his soccer team. I have to get it on camera and post it, because it is just too darn cute not to share. So next week, I will definitely work on getting some videos up. But for now, enjoy a couple pictures from this past week.
