Rolling and Laughing

Another week gone by. Wow. I cant believe we have been here for 6 weeks already. Time flies.
Benjamin is good as always, healthy and happy. This past week he has been outside a lot, which he loves. He falls asleep on our morning jogs, never fails! I think its the fresh air and movement that puts him right to sleep.
Well this week we spent a lot of time at Lita´s(Diegos mom) house. Monday we went for dinner, Tuesday we had to walk over there cause we got locked out of the house... My fault. Then Wednesday Uncle Juan and Aunt Martina came in from the capital to have dinner so we went over there again. I must admit, I needed that break from cooking dinner and cleaning up every night. Working out and taking care of Benjamin has got me exhausted. Its good for me though. Im losing the weight and have relized that even though at Lita & Litos house there is always some type of dessert or pastry out, there is nothing that tastes quite as good as skinny feels. I remember about 4 years ago when I worked my little tushy off to lose 20 pounds and get into a size Zero. I was in the gym twice a day and eating about 1,000 calories. Probably not too healthy, but efficient! I remember how good I felt when I could try anything on and it looked so good. Honestly not trying to brag, but I never had a muffin top or a fat roll sticking out in anything I wore, and I just cant wait to feel like that again. The will power I have is incredible, I obviously inherited that from my mommy. Diego has also been getting his exercise by playing soccer about twice a week. He plays one time during the week and once on the weekend. We are finally getting a routine so that we are both doing things we enjoy while having an infant to take care of. Its not that easy as most of you know, but I am glad we have found a groove, it has been much needed.
This week we finally got to see our princesses too, Jayce and Payton. I personally was having niece withdraws. I miss them so much. Jayce at five years old has the cutest A-line haircut, and Payton is getting so big. It's hard to believe that Benji will one day be as big as she is.
My Moms Birthday was Thursday, Happy Birthday Relly, we miss you and wish we could have celebrated your 30th Birthday with you < :o)
This weekend Diego finished cleaning up the backyard and he finally cooked us up some chicken on the grill outside. Summer is just around the corner for us and I cant wait until we can eat out on the patio and let Benjamin play in the grass. But mostly I cant wait to have my tan back, woo hoo!
So about cleaning up the backyard.... did I ever mention that I married a neat freak? Im talking OCD when it comes to the house. Everything has its place and everything must be spotless at all times. For those of you who know me, know that I am in no way a clean freak. Im not dirty but by no means do two glasses in the sink bother me. Let me explain how bad Diego's OCD really is. He walks in from outside and lazy me has her feet up on the coffee table, on the border of the coffee table at that with clean feet too, but he gave me the death stare and I seriously thought I was about to die, ok not seriously but you get what I am saying. I can't decide if this bad case of OCD is a good or bad thing. The man never stops, its like when he isn't cleaning, he is thinking about cleaning or organizing something... STOP AND RELAX for once!! lol but I love him, and I guess one of us has to clean and organize, and I am thankful it is one less thing I have to do.
I want to apologize for not posting yesterday. It was a three day weekend here, thank you to Christopher Columbus for discovering the Americas, and we definitely took advantage of it. We spent the entire weekend together, us three, and I just had no time yesterday to post. I want to apologize ahead of time also for not posting this upcoming Sunday either. Its Diego's birthday as well as mother's day here in Argentina, yep I get two Mother's days this year, so I highly doubt I will be on the computer. So, sorry ahead of time.
Although I do have something super neat this week, Videos!! One is of Benjamin rolling over. He has got rolling over from stomach to back like it's no ones business, and he is almost completely rolling, I think this week he will get it! We will have to just wait and see. And the other is of him laughing with Diego.
I want to say thank you right now to everyone who reads, and to my Best Friend Mayra for being my penpal and allowing me to vent even when you are 6,000 miles away. Having no friends and being in the house more than ever would be really getting to me without you on the other end of my computer. You and my mom have really been amazing; you have lifted my spirits and made me literally laugh out loud by myself.
Ok, until next Monday. Hugs and Kisses
